Summer Floatie Giveaway Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
a. The giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. b. Employees, representatives, and agents of Johnny’s Pizza House, as well as their immediate family members, are eligible to participate in the giveaway.
Entry Submission
a. Participants must submit their entries through the landing page form provided by Johnny’s Pizza House. b. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will result in disqualification. c. Participants must provide accurate and complete information in the entry form.
Giveaway Details
a. Two winners will be selected every week at random by Johnny’s Pizza House, beginning on June 23rd and ending on August 3rd. b. The winners will be announced on Johnny’s Pizza House social media channels. c. Each winner will receive one custom Johnny’s Pizza House inflatable innertube. d. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
Image Usage
a. By participating in the giveaway, participants grant Johnny’s Pizza House the right to use any images submitted in relation to the giveaway. b. Johnny’s Pizza House may use the images for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media posts, website content, and advertisements. c. Sharing images is not required to qualify for the giveaway.
Winner Notification and Prize Delivery
a. Winners will be notified through the contact information provided in their entry form. b. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the notification, their prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. c. Winners must provide a valid physical address for prize delivery. P.O. Box addresses will not be accepted. d. Johnny’s Pizza House will bear the cost of shipping the prizes to all winners.
Privacy
a. Participants’ personal information submitted during the giveaway will not be shared and will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and delivering the prizes.
General Conditions
a. Johnny’s Pizza House reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice. b. Johnny’s Pizza House reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior. c. By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to release Johnny’s Pizza House from any liability arising from their participation in the giveaway or the use of the prizes. d. These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which Johnny’s Pizza House operates.
